Bespoke solutions for Business
This service is aimed at Companies of all sizes who have identified the need for training and awareness of their Customer Service practices and procedures. We can support individuals at all levels including front line staff, managers and supervisors. We are keen to work with companies to identify business improvements within their ‘customer service’ strategy and explore how excellence in this area will give your company a competitive edge and enhance the customer experience.
No formal qualifications are required to allow entry onto this course.
The modules can be delivered at the customer’s premises or at the college using a mix of activities and/or small group or 1-1 coaching.
NVQ/QCF in Customer Service (depending on job role/activities)
Themes can include:
- Understanding the science of Customer Service
- Identifying the organisation’s customers and their expectations
- Investigating the importance of first impressions
- Developing effective communication skills
- Deal effectively with difficult customers
These themes are a small sample of what we can offer and can be tailored to meet specific company requirements.
The faculty is represented by tutors who have all previously worked in senior Customer Service posts in industry. Between them, they have experience of dealing with any of the situations requiring excellence in this field. Most are also qualified teachers and trainers.
The team currently work with a wide variety of organisations providing Customer Service training to both the public and private sector.
