C&G Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service (QCF)

This qualification is for people who have the scope to bring about permanent improvements in service delivery that benefit customers and the organisation for which they work. Such individuals do not have to be in roles where they have direct line responsibility for people.  

Calming the Storm - Difficult Customer Resolutions

This course is aimed at individuals of all levels who deal with customers in their job role. The individuals can include front line staff, managers and supervisors.
