Advice and Guidance - Level 3 Apprenticeship
Our Advice and Guidance Level 3 apprenticeship is fully-funded, and is primarily designed
for those employed in roles who provide information and guidance to others. Learners
could be working in careers guidance for organisations such as trade unions, schools,
housing associations, human resources or health and social care.
Who is the apprenticeship for?
The apprenticeships can be used to recruit and train new staff to your organisation, with suitable roles including liaison officers, project workers, advice providers, counselling providers, teachers or lecturers, fitness coaches and roles in call centres.
To be eligible for apprenticeship funding, the apprentice must be employed for more
than 16 hours per week and based in Wales.
Agored Cymru Certificate in Community Development Level 3 (QCF)
This Level 3 Certificate is composed of both mandatory and optional units. The mandatory units provide an overview of key areas of community development with some designed to look at some of these areas in more depth and include more specialist areas.

2. Essential Skills Wales Level 3 in Communication, Level 2 in Application and Level 1 in Digtal Literacy

Community Development - Level 3 Apprenticeship
Community development allows learners to develop the skills and knowledge required to work effectively in the community. The programme contributes to the community by producing the next generation of community workers and police community support officers.

Our Careers, Information and Advice apprenticeship is fully-funded, and is for those who provide impartial information and advice to clients on learning, training and career opportunities. Learners could be working in roles such as job coaches, careers assistants, learning and development support, and employment related services.
