Your Training Journey
Your Training Journey
1. Dedicated point of contact
When you work with GCS Training, you are allocated a co-ordinator who understands your business and will be your dedicated point of contact. They are available to advise and guide you through the training process, answering any queries you have.
2. Analysing your needs
Our training needs analysis not only determines the outcomes you want to achieve from training your staff but also looks at your business as a whole, where it is positioned in the marketplace and where you want to be in the future. Our training needs analysis enables us to properly understand the outcomes or values you want to achieve from training your staff. By setting benchmarks at the start of the programme, we are able to measure the IMPACT the training has had on your company and whether the desired outcomes have been achieved. We offer this service free of charge.
3. Meeting your needs
While we offer a broad range of exciting and engaging courses, many of which are unique to GCS Training, we appreciate that sometimes you want something that is designed to your exact specifications. Our team is well versed in developing bespoke training programmes for businesses, tailoring courses to your needs. And it’s not just about the course itself but how we deliver it. We offer a range of work-based, classroom and distance learning options to ensure our training is accessible to everyone.
4. Having an impact
We want to have an impact on your business. To make sure we live up to this promise, we will use the benchmarks set at the start of the programme to measure the impact the training has had on your company and whether the objectives set have been met.
