Continued success of the Business Improvement Techniques Qualification
Continued success of the Business Improvement Techniques Qualification
The growth of the Business Improvement Techniques continues to excel expectations with companies undergoing training such as Tata Steel Port Talbot and Newport, BSC, Macmillans, Sony Pencoed, AAH Pharmaceutical and, recently, Dunbia at Llanybydda and Felinfach sites.
Tata Steel has just started Business Improvement Frameworks at its Newport plant with Dunbia starting Level 2 NVQs for their Senior Management teams.
The training has been developed to tailor to the specific individual needs of the companies taking part. It has been delivered through workshops in the workplace with observations carried out by our trained assessors to minimise disruption to production.
The success of the program has meant that John Hindley and Rebecca Spruce are going to one of the most prestigious Universities, Al Alzar in Egypt, to deliver a tailor made two-day course on Project Management and the BIT’s Program.
The Business Improvement Team has grown to accommodate the increased demand of companies now taking part.
