CMI Level 3 Award in Principles of Management & Leadership
The Level 3 Award in Principles of Management & Leadership is designed for team leaders, to support the development of their skills in leading a team, making sure that the team's work achieves organisational objectives and contributes to planning, problem solving and decision making.
£560 vat exempt, up to 70% funding subject to eligibility
You will need to complete any combination of units to a minimum of 6 credits. The minimum Total Qualification Time is 60 hours, including 20 guided learning hours.
At the start of this course you will attend one induction day, after which you will receive:
at least 6 hours one to one contact time with your assigned tutor
ongoing advice and guidance throughout the duration of your course
assessment is via practical work-based assignments. This ensures you take minimum time away from work and that you undertake work study which is relevant to you.

On successful completion, a number of progression opportunities become available:
- Enhance your professional status by upgrading your CMI membership

- Apply to become a Chartered Manager
