All our courses are designed for those who are involved in an assessing role and want to further develop their skills. The three courses are delivered by tutors who have many years experience as verifiers and student verifier support. Interviews are required before starting to ensure that you have the necessary qualifications and competencies to complete the course.

Business Improvement Techniques (BIT) apprenticeships are available at Levels 2 and 3, and allow candidates to develop the skills and knowledge needed to create new business solutions for an organisation. Candidates will study a variety of Lean concepts, with the aim of improving a business' performance.
