GCS Training delivers 100% pass rate for WorldHost qualifications
GCS Training is proud to celebrate the success of Gower College Swansea’s catering staff, who have passed the one-day WorldHost course.
Einir-Wyn Hawkins delivered the course in conjunction with the City & Guilds Level 2 Award in Principles of Customer Service. Attendees passed both qualifications and were presented with two certificates each.
WorldHost is a unique customer service training programme with an enviable track record. This modern and energetic programme has been used to train over one million people worldwide, including the tens of thousands of volunteers and staff at the London 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympics, who were widely praised for the fantastic welcome they gave to visitors. WorldHost has the backing of Visit Wales, the Institute of Directors and leading businesses nationwide.
The course comprehensively covers the essential principles of customer service for the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism industries.
GCS Training has a 100% pass rate for these qualifications and has delivered to a wide range of organisations including Morgans Hotel, Fairyhill, The King Arthur, Garbo’s Cafe, Cardiff Castle, Pontypridd Museum and the National Waterfront Museum, as well as college staff.
