CMI Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Management & Leadership
The Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Management & Leadership is designed for team leaders, to support the development of their skills in leading a team, making sure that the team's work achieves organisational objectives and contributes to planning, problem solving and decision making.
You will complete any combination of units to a minimum of 13 credits. The minimum total qualification time is 130 hours, including 40 guided learning hours. At the start of this course you will attend one day induction with 3 taught sessions after which you will receive: one to one contact time with your assigned tutor ongoing advice and guidance throughout the duration of this course assessment is via practical work-based assignments. This ensures you take minimum time away from work and that you undertake work study which is relevant to you.
On successful completion, a number of progression opportunities become available: enhance your professional status by upgrading your CMI membership progress to other qualifications at the same level (e.g. CMI Level 3 Diploma in Management) progress to other qualifications at the next level (e.g. CMI Level 5 Award to Level 6 or & Certificate) Apply to become a Chartered Manager
Funding may be available (subject to eligibility criteria).

This Level 4 qualification is aimed at experienced electricians with a good knowledge of inspection and testing and will develop a deeper understanding of the principles of installation design and specification. The course is theory based, taking candidates from a basic knowledge of BS 7671 to a thorough grasp of design principles to meet the requirements of that standard and particularly emphasising on the safe and ergonomic design on an installation which complies with relevant statutes, regulations; industry standards, and sound engineering practices.
