ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management

Introduction to Trainer Skills

The City & Guilds Introduction to Trainer Skills (7300) provides participants with a sound introduction to the concepts of a systematic approach to training. It’s an intensive course, designed to be delivered over two days, and is ideal for those who train others in organisations.

CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership

This internationally recognised qualification from the Chartered Management Institute provides learners with all the key skills and competencies required to become an effective middle manager. This qualification is the benchmark for full CMI membership, and to taking another step towards Chartered Manager status.

ILM Level 4 Award in Management and Leadership - Course complete with two Psychometric Measures

The Level 4 qualifications are designed for new and aspiring middle managers. This qualification helps learners to really get to grips with their role, gain comprehensive business knowledge and develop the technical skills they need to lead effectively at this level. It enables them to develop their leadership styles and look at individual mental toughness. This course is complete with two Psychometric measures. The ILM72 assessment can help individuals improve their performance within a team and ultimately inspire them towards the achievement of organisational goals. The MTQ48 (Mental Toughness Questionnaire) measures an individual's resilience and ability to cope with pressure and change around scales of challenge, control, commitment and confidence.

CMI Level 3 Award in Principles of Management & Leadership

The Level 3 Award in Principles of Management & Leadership is designed for team leaders, to support the development of their skills in leading a team, making sure that the team's work achieves organisational objectives and contributes to planning, problem solving and decision making.

CMI Chartered Manager

This route is for managers who have CMI Level 5 or above, Diploma in Management and Leadership. Chartered Managers are consistent high performers, committed current best practice and ethical standards, Becoming a Chartered Manager sets you apart by providing an independent endorsement of your ability to manage and lead, demonstrates your managerial competence as well as your functional ability and proves you possess the transferable skills needed to progress your career. The exemption upgrade builds on the knowledge and expertise you have demonstrated through completion of your qualification. 

CMI Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading

These qualifications are designed for team leaders, to support the development of their skills in leading a team, making sure that the team’s work achieves organisational objectives, and contributes to planning, problem solving and decision making.

CMI Level 3 Award/Certificate/Diploma in Management Coaching and Mentoring

The Level 3 qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring are designed for supervisors and first line managers, to support the development of coaching and mentoring skills and techniques of individuals, teams and achieve objectives.

CMI Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Management & Leadership

The Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Management & Leadership is designed for team leaders, to support the development of their skills in leading a team, making sure that the team's work achieves organisational objectives and contributes to planning, problem solving and decision making.

CMI Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management & Leadership

The Level 3 Diploma qualification is designed for supervising or junior managers, and has been designed to support the development of their knowledge and competence in managing individuals and teams. They are suitable also for new recruits into the industry. The qualification is a combined qualification, which means it is made up of both knowledge and competence units, and will develop such skills as working with others, managing oneself and coordinating the work of others.    

CMI Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management (QCF)

This qualification is designed for managers, to support the development of their leadership and management skills in personal development, leadership, management resources, information, performance, customer and market awareness.    

CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management Practice

Developed for directors and senior managers who have the responsibility to translate organisational strategy into effective performance, the Level 7 qualifications in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice require the manager to focus on the implementation of their organisational strategy. A comprehensive Masters level qualification developing existing management skills to a strategic level enabling you to perform effectively as a senior manager and support the implementation of your organisation’s strategy.
