Former student Luke Godrich was recently shortlisted for a prestigious national apprenticeship award.
Luke, who took the CMI Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management (QCF) Yr2 course with GCS Training and works at the DVLA, was up for the Higher Apprenticeship award, which is an exceptional achievement.
Members of the GCS Training team accompanied Luke to the ceremony at the Celtic Manor, which were organised jointly by the Welsh Government and the NTfW .
Luke is now working towards a qualification for human resource management professionals.
