IWFM Level 3 Facilities Management (Certificate / Diploma / Apprenticeship)

The Level 3 qualifications are for first‑line managers and supervisors in facilities management. They are designed to develop understanding and knowledge of the facilities management industry. They are also suitable for new recruits into the industry working in a supervisory role. Possible job roles being: Facilities Administrator, Office Manager, Coordinator, Technician.   Gower College Swansea is the only recognised college accredited to deliver IWFM qualifications in Wales.   *Funding available - eligibility criteria applies*

IWFM Level 2 Facilities Services (Certificate / Apprenticeship)

The level 2 qualifications are for individuals who are new to the facilities management profession, or who have identified facilities management as a career of choice, and wish to have a qualification to aid them in their career. Individuals who wish to consider a career switch to facilities management may also benefit from this entry-level certificate. Possible job roles being: Facilities Administrator, Office Assistant, Caretaker, Cleaner, Security Personnel. IWFM Level 4 Facilities Management (Award/ Certificate/ Diploma / Apprenticeship)

The IWFM Level 4 is aimed at experienced managers who are responsible for a range of FM functions. Level 4 is also suitable for managers wishing to extend their operational activity, or progressing from IWFM Level 3 in Facilities Management. This qualification is designed to provide an opportunity to demonstrate knowledge and competence within the work place across a broad range of facilities management functions. Possible job roles being: Facilities Manager, Premises Manager, Contract Manager, Account Manager. IWFM Level 5 Facilities Management (Certificate / Diploma)

This qualification is designed for specialist facilities managers and those working at middle or senior management level who are responsible for specialised and complex functions. It is also suitable for those aspiring to work in such a role that currently work within the profession. It will provide the skills needed to complete complex tasks and take on responsibility for planning and delivering solutions while developing your specialised knowledge of the profession
