The Level 5 apprenticeship is for middle or senior management employees, or those looking to prove their competency and develop to this level of management.

The apprenticeships can be used to recruit or upskill existing staff.

Learners will be allocated a dedicated tutor/assessor, who will work closely with both the learners and employer to ensure the level and units selected are suitable for the individual’s role and organisational priorities. The tutor/assessor will meet the learners every 4-6 weeks to assess progress and set objectives for the net period.
