Warehousing and Storage - Level 3 Apprenticeship
Our warehousing apprenticeship will provide learners with an exciting opportunity to gain a recognised qualification to work in the warehousing and storage sector, with the programmes accredited by City & Guilds.
This Level 3 apprenticeship will take 24 months to complete.
Who is the apprenticeship for?
The Level 3 apprenticeship is for team leaders, supervisors or managers.
Course Delivery:
The learners will be allocated a dedicated tutor/assessor who will work closely with both the learners and employer to ensure the units selected are suited to their individual roles and organisational priorities. The tutor/assessor will visit the learner every 4-6 weeks to conduct observations for the performance criteria and discuss requirements for completing written statements to cover knowledge criteria.
The knowledge criteria will be require the learners to prepare statements in their own time.
Assessment
To successfully complete the apprenticeships, learners will undertake a work relevant to their individual role and learning environment. Competency will be assessed by observation and through gathering product evidence. The assessment and statements will be reviewed during the regular 1-2-1 meetings with tutors/assessors in the workplace. Gower College Swansea utilises Smart Assessor which is an online apprenticeship management tool enabling provider, learner and employer to effectively track learner progress.
