Overview

Our Housing apprenticeships are fully-funded, and are an opportunity to develop key knowledge, skills and behaviours to progress in your housing career. The apprenticeships will enable you to gain the technical expertise, practical experience and a broader skill-set needed to progress in your role and your career within the sector. The apprenticeships can be used to upskill new or existing staff.

The Level 2 apprenticeship is for learners who are working within the housing sector and have an employment contract that lasts the minimum time of the apprenticeship.

Key information

To be eligible for apprenticeship funding, the apprentice must be employed for more than 16 hours per week and based in Wales.

At Level 2, if you are aged 25 or over, you can only undertake this apprenticeship if you have been employed in your current role for less than 6 months at the time of the enrolment.
If you are under 25, this entry requirement does not apply to you.

The apprenticeships will be delivered through a mixture of workplace learning and workshops, which can be delivered either face-to-face or online. The programme delivery can be flexible to suit the needs of the learner and employer.
