The qualification is designed for individuals who aspire to managerial roles or have recently been promoted into such a position.

CIH Level 2 Certificate in Housing Practice

This qualification is designed for learners who either work within the Housing Sector or aspire to.  The course aims to provide learners with a basic understanding of housing, introduce some of the skills and knowledge necessary to participate in housing related activities, prepare learners for future study. Learners may progress to Level 3 certificate in Housing Practice.   SFI funding up to 70% available - *eligibility criteria applies*

CIH Level 3 Award / Certificate in Housing Practice

This qualification is designed for learners who work within the Housing Sector. The course aims to: Help the housing sector to recruit and retain staff with generic skills such as communications, technical knowledge, customer care and IT. Develop the skills and knowledge necessary of people working in a front line capacity in housing, who wish to attain a generic qualification in housing. Provide learners with a detailed understanding of a specialist area of housing practice Prepare learners to progress to Level 4
