Apprenticeship for I.T. Users Level 3 (OCR)

This pathway covers all job roles for advanced IT users working in any industry sector. This apprenticeship programme is designed for staff in roles in which they will be working with IT systems and software in a non-technical capacity. The framework provides the apprentice with competence, skills and knowledge to work effectively and efficiently with IT systms, communications and productivity tools and applications in a range of job roles and industry sectors. 100% funded, subject to eligibility
The course is aimed at those: performing daily tasks in Business and Administration and wish to develop and enhance their skills and knowledge further already working in an administrative role within an organisation Fully funded, subject to eligiblity. Please contact us to find out more.

Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3

This framework is designed to meet the skills needs of employers of all sizes across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors in Wales.  It can help to attract new talent into a business administration role or to up-skill the workforce.   Fully funded, subject to eligibility. Level 2 Foundation Apprenticeship in Retail

This framework has been designed for individuals working within a retail environment as a general sales assistant as well as those in more specialist roles, for example beauty consultants or fresh food counter assistants.  Both the Retail Skills and Retail Knowledge qualification contain generic mandatory units which focus on the apprentice’s ability to function effectively in retail. This qualification has full funding for a limited number of places.  

OCR ITQ Levels 1-3 (Information Technology)

OCR ITQ is the UK’s leading IT learning experience. The ITQ 2009 qualification standards reflect all the benefits of the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF). The new credit-based ITQ has a broader range of units and can include credits gained from other sectors, Entry 3 ICT and IT industry vendor partners, which means that as an approved centre we can develop programmes to suit the needs of all types of individuals. The ITQ (QCF) qualification is available at Levels 1, 2 and 3.   SFI funding up to 70% available - *eligibility criteria applies*  

OCR Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service (QCF)

This qualification reflects the skills and knowledge required of people working in a customer service role. It is also ideal for employees wanting to evidence both knowledge and competence in their given Customer Service role.

OCR Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Customer Service (QCF)

This qualification is suitable for people whose customer service role requires well developed behavioural competence but whose scope for independent decision making and bringing about change is limited.    

OCR Level 3 Certificate in Advice & Guidance (QCF)

This qualification is primarily aimed at candidates who provide advice and guidance support to others. The qualification requires proof of competence across both mandatory and optional units, achieving a total of 21 credits.   SFI funding up to 70% available - *eligibility criteria applies*

OCR Level 4 Diploma in Advice & Guidance (QCF)

This qualification is primarily aimed at candidates who provide advice and guidance support to others. This qualification is suitable for those:   who have particular customer service and administrative or supervisory job roles who are working in designated advice or guidance organisations whose role is to provide service to customers and support to practitioner   SFI up to 70% funding available - *eligibility criteria applies*

OCR Level 4 Diploma in Business and Administration

This qualification is ideal if you deliver administrative support services and contribute at a strategic level. You may lead or manage a team, or want to move on to such a role. You need a range of administrative and managerial skills, such as budget management and promoting innovation.         SFI funding up to 70% available - *eligibility criteria applies*  
This qualification aims to provide accredited professional development opportunities for those currently working within the career guidance sector, or those preparing to enter such roles, and to encourage progression within the sector. This qualification has full funding for a limited number of places.

OCR Level 4 Diploma in Career Information and Advice (QCF)

This qualification aims to provide accredited professional development opportunities for those currently working within the career guidance sector, or those preparing to enter such roles, and to encourage progression within the sector.   SFI funding up to 70% available - *eligibility criteria applies*

OCR Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development (QCF)

This qualification aims to provide accredited professional development opportunities for those currently working within the career guidance sector, external agencies and voluntary service guidance roles, and where staff who work in other organisations providing career advice and guidance, information, employability support and signposting as part of their broader work role. The qualification will provide accredited professional development opportunities for those working in these areas and  encourage progression within the sector.   SFI funding up to 70% available - *eligibility criteria applies*
