Special graduation event for college's HE students
Around 80 Higher Education students from Gower College Swansea recently attended a graduation event at the National Waterfront Museum.
The students were celebrating achievement in subjects as diverse as accountancy, engineering, leadership and management, sports massage therapies, hair and beauty management, childcare, and health and social care services.
"The Welsh Government places great emphasis upon education and particularly further and higher education, in terms of the delivery of the skills needed to support a strong economy," says Principal Mark Jones. "I'm delighted that Gower College Swansea, working with our HE and other partners, is able to support this agenda and is continuing to develop our HE provision through strong partnership working."
Gower College Swansea delivers HE courses alongside Swansea University, the University of South Wales and the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
