Overview
This course is suitable for any individual involved in managing workplace health and safety risks, including those who undertake risk assessments.
The course content will be particularly useful to employers, managers, supervisors, union representatives, SHE champions, as well as health and safety representatives.
The qualification will enable you to:
- Identify hazards
- Assess risks in low to medium risk premises using simple HSE tools
- Evaluate risks in a proportionate and sensible manner
- Identify suitable control measures
- Create a safe and healthy work environment
- Ensure your organisation has valuable in-house risk management expertise
- Build confidence in your risk assessment capabilities
Key information
The course delivery will be confirmed upon booking, and could take place at either our Jubilee Court or Sketty Hall Business School campuses.
If a learner has additional learning needs, we will require at least six weeks’ notice to implement the required processes.
