Licenced Trade

Licenced Trade
Under the new Licensing Act 2003, there is a statutory requirement for anyone selling alcohol, or authorising others to sell alcohol, to obtain a qualification that has the accreditation of the Secretary of State, such as the BIIAB National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders. Successful completion of this course means that you will be able to apply for your personal licence and will have gained a better understanding of licensing laws and a greater knowledge of the licensed trade as a whole. This is a one-day course assessed by a multi-choice examination paper at the end of the day.
